CYBERSEC jest pierwszym w Polsce i jednym z nielicznych w Europie cyklicznym wydarzeniem o charakterze public policy conference, poświęconym strategicznym zagadnieniom cyberbezpieczeństwa.

PRAKTYCZNE REKOMENDACJE

Celem konferencji CYBERSEC jest wypracowywanie strategicznych decyzji, mających na celu poprawę poziomu cyberbezpieczeństwa w poszczególnych sektorach gospodarki, państwach i całej Europie.

WSPÓŁPRACA REGIONALNA

Rekomendacje pomogą również wzmocnić współpracę pomiędzy państwami Grupy Wyszehradzkiej, Morza Bałtyckiego i innymi państwami Europy Centralnej w ochronie cyberprzestrzeni.

ZALEŻNOŚĆ OD ICT

Coraz więcej kluczowych aspektów życia społecznego, gospodarczego oraz militarnego przenosi się do cyberprzestrzeni. Rosnąca zależność od technologii informacyjno-komunikacyjnych (ICT) wymaga od interesariuszy cyberprzestrzeni zbudowania systemu cyberbezpieczeństwa. Jest to warunkiem rozwoju gospodarczego, stabilności społeczno-politycznej oraz
bezpieczeństwa państw.

HYBRYDOWE ZAGROŻENIA

Incydenty w cyberprzestrzeni zdarzają się codziennie i mają poważne konsekwencje w świecie rzeczywistym. Cyberataki na infrastrukturę krytyczną zagrażają bezpieczeństwu państw i milionom ich obywateli, również przedsiębiorstwa, które stały się bezpośrednim lub pośrednim celem ataków ponoszą olbrzymie straty, a napięcie geopolityczne wciąż wzrasta.

NOWE WYZWANIA

Kryzys bezpieczeństwa w Europie związany z agresją Rosji wobec Ukrainy, atakami terrorystycznymi islamskich fundamentalistów oraz masową emigracją uchodźców przynosi nowe wyzwania. Wroga internetowa aktywność propagandowa oraz lawinowo rosnąca ilość cyberataków dowodzą, że państwa Unii Europejskiej cyberbezpieczeństwo muszą potraktować priorytetowo.

SYNERGIA UE I NATO

W ostatnim czasie ujawniły się różnice w podejściu do ochrony danych osobowych, prywatności i suwerenności między partnerami sojuszu transatlantyckiego. Potrzebne są dialog i współpraca, które pozwolą odbudować wzajemne zaufanie, wypracować nowe zasady ścisłej kooperacji w cyberprzestrzeni oraz będą gwarantem bezpieczeństwa i pokoju międzynarodowego.
